Abstract : A bank is rather a complex system. It is caused by a considerable number of financial flows and the funds, having a various dynamic and probabilistic characteristics. Stable functioning of the system is provided due to hierarchy, external (prudential supervision) and internal regulators and restrictions, and feedbacks. One of the problem solved by models ALM is management of various risks (especially credit risk and interest-rate risk), including the problem of default probability decrease. The approach to mathematical modeling of cash flow accounts in assets and liabilities of the commercial bank based on the partial differential equations is novel and has no analogues in the literature. At the same time, the given approach is quite logic as reflects process of change of actives simultaneously in time and on "age". Depending on concrete theoretical or practical problems the given approach can be realized in the various modifications, two of which are presented in this paper. |

Abstract : Communication improving of educational processes requires today new approaches to the management arrangements and forming of educational policy in the field of distance learning, which is based on the use of modern information and communication technologies. An important step in this process is the continuous monitoring of the development and implementation of information technology and, in particular, the distance learning systems in higher educational establishments. The main objective of the monitoring is the impact assessment on the development of distance learning following the state educational standards, curricula, methodical and technical equipment and other factors; factors revelation that influence the implementation and outcomes of distance learning; results comparison of educational institution functioning and distance education systems in order to determine the most efficient ways of its development. The paper presents the analysis results of the dependence of the quality of educational services on the electronic educational resources. Trends in educational services development was studied by comparing the quality influence of electronic educational resources on the quality of educational services of higher pedagogical educational institutions of Ukraine as of 2009-2010 and 2012-2013. Generally, the analysis of the survey results allows evaluating quality of the modern education services as satisfactory and it can be said that almost 70% of the success of their future development depends on the quality of the used electronic educational resources and distance learning systems in particular. |

Abstract :Recent years demonstrate significant transformations in the field of education. The reply to the challenges of globalization and modern information society is implementation of lifelong learning paradigm (LL). The implementation of LL paradigm suggests a more complex and flexible learning process than the traditional one, with essential role of collaborative work of virtual teams. Maximum efficiency of virtual teams is achieved through the flexible use of the combination of both basic functional components and auxiliary tools based on cloud services. This task can be solved by creating a modern ICT-based environment, which implements an effective information support to collaborative work of the members of virtual teams. The environment provides technological solutions for the virtual teams and communities.
